Inyeon / 인연

Inyeon is en (縁) — the quiet bond between people, the fate that brings them together. This blend grew out of a small gratitude: for the people I met in Sapporo, this new city, who slowly became part of my everyday life. Burundi's soft fruit, Peru's smoothness, and Tanzania's light acidity settle into a still, tea-like finish. Nothing sharp — just a long, gentle aftertaste, the way a good connection lingers quietly long after the moment has passed.

Composition: Burundi + Peru + Tanzania AA (all Washed)

Inyeon is the blend we chose for softness and a lingering finish. Burundi's soft fruit aroma, Peru's smooth body, and Tanzania's light acidity are brought together, all washed. Rather than sharp acidity, it settles into a clear, tea-like, quiet aftertaste. Of the three blends, it is the gentlest and easiest to drink. A cup to keep you company on a long evening of talk, or at the quiet end of a day.
