Brazil sits at the very top of the world for coffee production. This lot is Arara, grown by producer Gabriel Carvalho Dias at the Cachoeira da Grama farm in the Mogiana region of São Paulo. Pulped natural processing, dried with some fruit left on, stores up plenty of sweetness and body. Expect milk-chocolate and hazelnut sweetness, a note of plum, and a creamy, full mouthfeel. It loves milk, so it shines in a café au lait or as espresso. A cup for the middle of the day, when you want to pause and breathe.
